Microsoft offer not showing up in Xbox

Hey,

So I got a gift card for an xbox game over the holidays and I redeemed it here:

However, it doesn't seem to show in my xbox, can anyone tell me what I should do? I figured out afterwards that I could also redeem something directly on my Xbox console as well, but now it says the code was already redeemed. I redeemed it on the same email as the one used for my xbox account, so I don't know what I've done wrong.

Anyone??

Are you certain that the code was for the console version of the game and not the PC version?

It's solved, I did find it somewhere between my xbox games, under the full library, thanks

It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

So the URL you gave is how I actually redeemed my game, but where I should I find it on my xbox then?

You have done nothing wrong. If you are just going to use the gift card to purchase games, then you can still do that from the Xbox store on the web, starting from the catalogue of games. https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/all-games?cat=newreleases

Once you have purchased your game, then it should start downloading on your console or show up in your ready to install section in my games and apps.
