    microsoft not working


    when i try to log into my microsoft account on minecraft on my ps5 it works and everything until a message comes up saying “failed to log in” and it’ll say that the error code is “drowned” i don’t know what to do like i’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled multiple times and nothings working. please help

    Hi Cooper, I'm Kelvin an Independent Adviser. Unfortunately, a lot of users were also complaining about the same error recently.

    There seems to be an issue with the server at the moment and it would be best to wait a few hours and check the server status here: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus/ from time to time.

    Is the profile still downloaded onto the Xbox?

    So, when attempting to sign into the account, the platform being used is the website on a PC or phone only?
