Microsoft not recognizing my email

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, Minecraft Microsoft may not recognize your email for several reasons. Here are some possibilities:

You are using the wrong email address. Make sure you have entered the correct email address, including upper and lower case.

Your Microsoft account is linked to a different email address. If you've created multiple Microsoft accounts with different email addresses, you may be trying to sign in to the wrong account.

Your Microsoft account has been suspended. If you have violated Microsoft's terms of service, your account may have been suspended.

If you are sure that you are using the correct email address and that your Microsoft account is not linked to a different email address, your account may have been suspended.

My account was attacked by a hacker, but managed to recover and now my password no longer recognized Standing on Xbox 360, only my email address from microsoft acknowledges it.

Although it shows my email, it does not recognize my password. After it did not accept my password I changed it for my microsoft account.

I suspect that it is spoofed.

I went a dug up my college email and it is an outlook address. I tried the process again this time choosing 'I know my password, but can't sign in'. I entered the email address and the password, knowing both are valid because I logged into the email account
through the internet earlier. Microsoft produced a screen saying: 'Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one.' Then I Sign in at the bottom of the page and entered my account and password, producing a screen saying: 'That Microsoft
account doesn't exist. Enter a different account.'

So I can enter the account at the WCSU email portal (Microsoft Outlook 365 / Outlook), but the XBOX account does not recognize at initial sign in or through the help utilities offered by XBOX360. Any ideas?

I am having the exact same issue, but to my knowledge everything on my xbox one is up-to-date. I made my regular email the primary, and also deleted the old one and now my system will not recognize that the email has changed, nor will it allow me access
to any area where I can change the Microsoft account's email to the new one I have chosen.
