    Contacted a Customer Service Agent via Live Chat: 1363458494 (chat request id)

    I have complied and sent all the photos. All I got from the customer agent was saying perhaps the offer isn't for me, or I should I try again when it is really near expiring, or I should try with another account or something. May be its an exclusive offer
    but not for me.

    This offer (shown in the photo) appears on my console and when I click renew Gold now. There is no checkout page just back to the live gold page.

    From the photo, you can clearly tell that either microsoft's promo is not being honored or the agent is clearly just giving me all the nonsense replies.

    Or maybe microsoft just doesn't care about its gamers

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this offer. To check, if you power cycle your console by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds and power it back on, do you still see the ad? It's possible that this offer is no longer available as chat support mentioned.

    Yes 1 month is 20 days, but remember buying 12 1 month golds is way more expensive than buying 1, 12 months gold, hence why you get less for 12 months gold. 3 months gold = 2 months ultimate.
