microsoft not giving me my money back

Hi! I did not want to renew my subscription, and I forgot to cancel it before my credit card was charged. The subscription renewed automatically 2 days ago and I have been charged £3.99 for a one-month subscription.

I asked for a refund twice and they didn't give it to me.

I would like to cancel the subscription and get a refund. I haven't used EA access since the subscription renewed and I am not going to use it in the future. Am I eligible for a full refund?

You can only refund 5 things a year as far as i know and stuff like EA access is not refundable, as far i know this is what i have seen.

Its hard to get a refund especial for a online service and dlc. I have had a similar issue the best thing you can do is cancel it. make sure it canceled and remove your bank details.

I had the same problem once. It‘s your fault (me too) to react to late. It happens.

About the refund: I asked them the same thing because i have not even used the Service. But they can‘t do that.

I think refunds only work for Games that you haven‘t played for longer than an hour (i‘m not sure).

the refund might not be processed by microsoft, you may have to go to ea as it is a third party service
