microsoft not doing a good enough job

ive been trying to contact microsoft since the 22nd of August as im being targeted by hackers ive been reported and communication banned for nothing the worst thing is enforcement team banned me on my birthday ive reported the hacker and no enforcement has
been taken my case is under review and will take 24 hours but i think that its wrong that someone can report for the fun of it Microsoft are a joke

There will be no XBLA. Microsoft made that clear in their reveal or after-shows. There will just be games. Indie titles will be available right alongside AAA titles.

 

I am not aware of any of the insights of your specific case, but the Enforcement team does not ban you because someone reported you. All a report does is flag the Enforcement team to look at what messages you sent to other people. As long as you don't
violate the Code of Conduct, 50,000 players could report you and it would have zero effect. If you got banned, it is because of actions you took (usually messages you send to other people).

Unfortunately you are responsible for all actions done on your account. If this was not so, people could let people use their accounts and then do something and then the owner could claim it wasn't them and not get punished for it. That's not fair to the
people affected by the actions of that person.

You can get reported one million times for something you didn't do and nothing will happen but if you're reported once for something you did do, you can get an enforcement action. See enforcement myths: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

Enforcement actions are not always applied right after you did something - they can be for anything in the past.

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:
Xbox Enforcement | How Do I Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case
review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.
