Microsoft Not Complete Help!

So I called the microsoft store number buy my extended warranty for the xbox one. After I got off the phone I got to thinking he never asked me for my console ID or serial number. I called 1-800-4my-xbox since they seem to have better support. She told me
that she could help me that there was an error made. After an hour on the phone she tells me she can't do anything that I have to call the microsoft store number again! Getting *** off I just thought I would wait a couple of hours to call them again. The person
on the phone at the microsoft store number this time tells me I don't need the console serial number. Can someone tell me what the deal is here. How can they know what console is covered without the console id or serial number? The lady at 1-800-4my-xbox also
told me it wasn't even showing I bought microsoft complete that it showed I bought the console on the 3rd of June. I have a spy camera free Xbox One. That didn't even release till the 9th. I can't get any help with that nether. Only don't worry about that
sir. At this point I'm close to demanding a refund and selling the xbox one. Thing just sits there collecting dust anyway.

Cant Access my XBox Live Account anymore

Well that was a complete waste of time, all i get is the below complete the form

So I complete the form and ......nothing clearly MS does not want anyone to contact them.

Tried with Firefox/Chrome and IE

After all three sections are complete nothing changes

What annoys me is Microsoft are all too happy to take my money for a service they do not support.

Two years later and still no access is a joke

my controller not fully put together?

Mister fizzle I've spent 2 whole days talking to microsoft and xbox support no one can help me. I ordered microsoft complete it charged my credit card I checked. But microsoft says they never charged me. I can't even try purchasing microsoft complete again
because since I purchased the green button disappeared. Can u help me I'm about to snap

 

So if just sit's and collects dust then why extend the warranty?

http://myservice.xbox.com , then check your console to see if it has Microsoft Complete on it. Seems to not be working for me right now, but that could just be me as I've had problems with that site due to the large number of consoles I have registered.

 

It says I have no registered devices but when I try to register it then it tells me this device is already registered to me.

 

Okay so now while on the phone with the idiots it shows up under my devices but I cant look at anything because of an error. The person on the phone tells me I'm covered from start of 9-3-2014 till 9-3-2015. How the **** is that possible when I bought
the thing on 6-9-14. Even if the system needs to update for the extended warranty should it not be Starting 6-9-2014 till 6-9-2015. I swear never again will I buy any product that has more than one support number.

 

Then you will never ever buy another product again because most have multiple support lines, which in your case may be the best option.....

 

You sure they're not reading the date in day/month/year format?
