Microsoft not allowed to run Destiny adverts

I still think whoever came up with the idea should get a promotion.

...I also think they really should start a line of Destiny fragrance.

 

Saw a destiny ad on the television last night at the end of it they said exclusive only on playstation with a picture of the white ps4 and game. Would you call that false misleading advertising?

 

Well judging by THIS it's going to do fine on Xbox One without adverts, and is a trailer about what should be
getting advertised, and it mentions NO console.

 

With all Destiny (multiple) threads,"advertisement" on Xbox.com front page and Xbox one dashboard....

I think Microsoft advertise it without any trouble and without any money from Activision (at least for this game).

 

@Aus and Rippen....this is different how from MS announcing the new TR was exclusive to the XB1?. Same smell. Both companies spin pr to their favor when they can.

 

The difference being that, even though it's timed, tomb raider actually is exclusive to xb1. Destiny on the other hand is simply being made to look like a PS exclusive in the media.

 

Actually, it's not "exclusive to xb1", it's being released on the 360 as well...

 

@BRAY stal line up please do enlighten me. Last time i checked the only BIG ps4 exclusive out this year is driveclub which isnt even a big game i mean 50 cars ppfffttt. xbox has sunset overdrive, master chief collection, horizon which has 200 cars and more

I saw that ad again today and the guy announcer doesn't say it this time around..

 

I haven't seen the ad yet but was there any small print at the end of the commercial? Perhaps in there they make mention of 'exclusive content' to the PS4 as there are unique maps, vehicles and weapons in the PS4 that the Xbox versions do not get.
