Microsoft not allowed to run Destiny adverts

you see this is why i like ms they can afford to flog free games sony cant. personally imo i think activision and bungie lose out here because if ms was allowed to advertise destiny then they would make more money i do wonder how much sony paid tbh.

 

I brought the gardian edition pre loaded but for me its all about the master chief collection i am also enjoying diablo 3 aswell

 

They removed what they had on the page, Sony must of lawyered up.

Not sure how the law works in the states, but here in the uk this would be as easy as slapping ms with a cease and desist order.

I'm guessing they complied.

 

Who cares they made their point already. The world has sedan the advert.

 

I hadn't heard about it anywhere apart from this forum not even from the few I know who bought an x1 and I live in the uk.

 

It was a funny advertisement though

 

i watched the live action video on the xbox dashboard, normally you would see a xbox logo or sign at the end but nope nothing

 

@Jambo it was all over twitter and Facebook and also youtube the moment it was released.

 

Destiny fragrance...? More like desperation.

Instead of wasting money on marketing that will FAIL (as it has all year), Microsoft should invest in in-house development of new I.P's and freshen up that stale line-up no one is interested in. Destiny might as well be a PS4 exclusive as it will certainly
sell like one.

 

I noticed the same for NHL 15...... only PS is mentioned.....

 

Guess PS is trying to dig themselves out of a deep grave...... ?????

Yeah, I have no problem with this. If Activision and Bungie don't want to advertise their game for the Xbox market, then I guess they'll just miss out on some sales. I think it's funny though.
