    I spoke to a representative from microsoft through the online chat page roughly a week ago about refunding me for a game that i purchased but wasnt able to complete because the game was bugged out.. I was told that i would be contacted within 72 hours by
    someone "of a higher ranking".. and its been over a week.. Not sure if this is the right place to be posting about this, but i cant be bothered waiting in a queue to speak to another representative... At the end of the online chat, the rep asked if they could
    mark the conversation as "resolved" to which i said yes... now im thinking that this is why i havent been contacted...

    Also.. Completely un-related... but I keep getting signed out of xbox live (on 360) everytime that: I go into a game, someone else signs in OR out... Please fix this as i really dont want to have to spend 5 mins waiting to connect to xbox live when i turn
    the console on just to have to do it all again when i start up a game..

    Never Got My Xbox Back

    I have had the exact same problem as you GRANMA. Got my Xbox, played it for 3 minutes then it crashed. Tried several times and continued to crash. Call support they tell me to exchange it. This was in March. I have contacted the escalation team and
    they have not helped. I have made forums posts, and am told it was passed along to someone and still received no help. I have proof that they received the console. They even told me that they received the console. ABout 2 weeks ago, a member of the escalation
    team "reprocessed" my order, and I should get it shortly. It has been 2 months and I AM STILL WAITING ON MY XBOX.

    I just wanna start off saying I love xbox and all the live gold features but this is have gotten me thing about it differently. It all started when my xbox one wouldn't power on I've tried everything but anyways I shipped it to Microsoft because it had a
    warrenty still it reached them March 10th, 2014. I never got any updates regarding my xbox one no email no phone no nothing so i called about once a week they told me they have me a brand new console no this is around April now so its been about a month so
    i just waited since they told me that it would be shipped out shortly I just got an email from them May 9th,2014 that the service still hasn't shipped it when they just told me it would be shortly shipped back in April now this is very very terrible support
    oh! plus I have Live Gold that's 9.99 a month its been since March 10th,2014 its now May 14, 2014 I'm just throwing my money out to you psh! I paid for a 600 console and you cant even return it to me I haven't even got to play it because it didn't even work!
    I posting this because no support will help me and i hope someone will see thanks and i hope every one has a good day Microsoft never got back to me... :)

    The issue was not resolved so no you should not have said that. To them that means end of story, case closed but if it makes you feel any better you were unlikely to be contacted anyway. This is what happens when you employ cheap overseas labour, their standards
    of customer service and training are extremely poor and they will say just about anything to get rid of you if they have had enough of you.

    The issue with the signing in could be at your end, try doing a clear cache (plenty of youtube video how to's on it) and also getting rid of any corrupted data save on the xbox by going to... system/settings/console/memory (Im saying that from memory, think

    Hello SadMonkee, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your game.

    I've seen this issue before when a subscription ends but it's usually a pretty easy fix. First, make sure you know the email/password for your account and then delete it from your console and sign out of all Xbox apps and the Store app on your PC then turn it off.

    Powercycle your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes.

    During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear it.

    When your internet is back up and running you can sign into your apps and redownload your gamertag to your console.

    There was a notice on the website a few days ago explaining that the refunds are taking longer.

    Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.
