    Microsoft needs to learn to satisfy their customers


    Microsoft has done a piss pour job at making sure they have enough xbox's to sell to their consumers if you know at least 2 billion people play xbox cause at least 1/3 the world has one so why wouldn't you make 2 billion models now you unsatisfied and unhappy customers that want the new system but don't want to wait hope y'all are happy might just switch back to PlayStation at least they make enough for their consumers!

    Same here. Microsoft need to reimburse us our points back and a couple movies free. That right there can have a lot of people jobless due to update not working correctly. There's a lot of upset customers who can easily leave this co. And be satisfied somewhere
