Microsoft needs to fix their download and clock in Solitaire Events

I completed my first challenge in today's solitaire event at 1:34. My 2nd challenge was completed in 1:30-ish, yet the leadership board shows my total time at 12:25. I saw that a number of others must have had the same problem with your server and clock
time. At the beginning and after the first and second challenges, I kept getting a message saying something about having trouble connecting to the Internet, yet there is zero problem on my end. I am fully connected which was demonstrated to me that I have
been able to connect in this browser and other browsers. Also, since others appear to have similar problems with their times on the first two challenges, that shows the problem is on Microsoft's end.

Please fix your server and your clock for these events.

events won't download

Microsoft solitaire new events option will not download. it is stuck in that mode. is there a fix?

 

Need help with Star Club that 6 games won't download Also, new Events & Results won't either!

How do I fix these problems Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Six games I get error code 107 in which I have been through the list of fixes with no results.

A short while ago, the Events and Events Results showed up and it tries to download and never does. Just about ready to delete this game totally!

Anyone have suggestions?

Hey there, Foggy!

I'm sorry to see any issues with Events timers! I have seen another user complain of this, however I was unable to reproduce the situation. Both server connections and Events timers have worked without issue for us here.

Most connection errors are due to a wireless connection versus a wired connection. If you can, we suggest going wired on your PC for these games. Events require an incredibly stable internet connection, something that websites don't necessarily need (websites
will load slower instead of just stop loading if there's an issue they notice). If you are wired and still having connection issues, then we would want to look into your connection as a whole to ensure that's eliminated.

I get that it looks like I'm trying to put the blame on the customer side of things. Trust me, I completely understand that. However, with our processes here, we need to eliminate anything on the customer end before we are able to have the right people look
into these types of issues.
