I'm afraid nobody in the forums is able to do anything about it, since it are the publishers of the game that decide on what platforms they will bring the games, which itself is likely based on the user base for the consoles.

That’s the thing. I can’t rEder my password without an email from them cause I need a code or something. They notified me while playing the game. It’s weird cause I can’t play roller champions but I can play far cry 5.

Ms clearly screwed something that didn't need fixing. let me ask you something. whut if i never been online, didn't get Live and never had noticed this update and this new format arrives and suddenly i can't play any new games what then?

Microsoft replied back and said they can’t restore the account and i should create a new one which means i will lose all the games I have bought in my account. Is there something i can do about this ?

I think you are on to something with the 360 game being the cause of the issue. I haven't been able to unlock achievements in any Xbox One game since playing the 360 game Vanquish.

This is the only variable I believe is contributing to the cause. My neighbors don't report any achievement issues, but I suspect they don't play Xbox 360 games on their Xbox One.

Are there any volunteers in the forums who want to test this theory for us? All you need to do is unlock an XBox 360 game achievement, then try to unlock an XBox One game achievement afterwards.
