Microsoft needs a fix !!!

Hello and Happy New Year to all my fellow xbox live players;

I made the jump to xbox one with a nice shiny Advanced Warfare bundle back in November. First, the initial launch and install was a complete and total disaster. Never received anything in the way of an apology/xbox live rewards/in-game rewards, etc. I will
never again buy any type of new game release via DLC.

Since the launch, intermittent outages causing problems for multiplayer and the game in general. Might work good for a few days, then issues pop up. Some people experience them at different times. Supposedly there was an issue with hackers recently.

When you call, they run through the same old routine, like its on your end or a problem with your internet. Funny, that never seems to be the issue.

My post is meant to vent my frustrations a little. All of the xbox live subscribers who want to play multiplayer are forced to (PAY TO PLAY). We are consistently faced with intermittent issues. And don't give me this crap about the software developers. I
don't wanna hear it. Test and de-bug before you put a game out for launch. That is just as much on Microsoft as it is any developer.

Microsoft should be going above and beyond to take care of paying customers. How about reimbursing my xbox live account for all the time I couldn't use it? They can track how long we spend playing games, Im sure that they know exactly how much time we have
lost due to "xbox live service alerts". Ill bet they would make sure there were no "outages" if they were forced into reimbursing customers. It happens with my internet provider, if Im out because of their issue, I can call and get a credit on my bill.

Microsoft: if you are not going to invest the money and resources into xbox live, then sell it! Hackers, server issues (how many times have COD fans been teased with dedicated servers), packet loss, matchmaking issues, and the list goes on and on. Your New
Years resolution should be to address the issues and fix them. Ill be waiting for credit to my xbox live account.

Microsoft needs to fix 0x80070001

I got Dragon Age Inquisition, I put it in the console to start installing it, but after a few minutes it says installation stopped I go and click on the game in the installation queue and it says to got to xbox.xom/errorhelp and enter this code, I do that
and it says error code not found,I'm going to take it back and hopefully trade it out for one that might work, but this error needs to be fixed and noticed my Microsoft.

Edge used to play 1080p and now it doesn't since the update!!! Fix this!!!

I am sorry you feel this way but I would like to know that Microsoft and the Xbox team are trying hard to fix all the issues that are occurring within the Xbox One. I also hope that your experience gets better and keep in mind that problems are being fixed
constanltly.

really so why has the achievements server and party services and smartglass all gone down again today? Xmas and New Years, the two most important days to have services around as everyone is off and got new games and nothing works for one single day....completely
rubbish I have to say live, we have to pay for this crap!!!!

they need to refund all live users one month of xbox live as credits to make up for this shamble of a service

You have to laugh, I got told by the support staff to change to the ps4, that's about as crappy as a multinational can get. Microsoft took billions this xmas and I am really at the stage where a ps4 seems a better option

As a long time supporter for the Xbox, I have not sent feedback on xbox live but here it goes.

1.) EVERYTHING IS EXTREMELY SLOW! (Forget any hardware upgrades with the new system...they do not help)

2.) PARTY SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE! (Slightly improved, but the app is slow and rigorous to this day)

3.) GAMING IS IN THE PAST NOW WITH XBOX ONE...It's hard for game developers to release games for a trashy released system. Not one game I have purchased has worked without a ton of updates. These games still have issue!!! This is not a game developer
issue, but a MICROSOFT ISSUE!!!!

I just want to say that I got started with the Xbox with halo and for the system that always worked to the potential Microsoft imagined for it. Now I spend hours trying to do things that are not even game related. The reason I'm even posting this is because
I'm currently having problems with my buddy for the 100 time! I can't stand the low quality entertainment especially when I can't play something I paid a lot of money for!

I really want to keep typing as it seems like a better waste of time than sitting here trying to play a game, but I guess it's not really worth it.

This will probably be the last time I support Microsoft. Thank you for the previous systems that worked. Good luck working on this crap that is broken beyond belief! I will expect the PS4 will work better than this bullhonky!
