Microsoft Movies Will Not Open

Discus and support Microsoft Movies Will Not Open in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just bought $70 worth of new movies and already owned several other movies from before.     Microsoft Movies Will Not Open


    I just bought $70 worth of new movies and already owned several other movies from before. I'd really like to watch them but the movie app won't open. I've restarted the xbox, I've reset my modem, I waited an entire day and retried. Keep getting error code
    0x8027025a

    Everything else works, Netflix, online gaming, YouTube, etc. This is frustrating beyond belief.

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not open

    2:43 pm I cannot access the daily jigsaw challenges. When I got to enter a challenge the screen goes black as if it is going to one of the adds It stays this way for a couple of minutes then goes back to the main card screen. All other jigsaw games work.
    Only the daily challenges do not work. This started happening on the 16th March 2018. Then it worked but is now doing the same thing and has been doing it since the end of May 2018. Can you not permanently fix this is issue?????

    i don't know if this will work but open windows movie maker first then put the dvd in the pc,if windows media player still opens just close it and use windows movie maker.

    to check your balance - on your console just pick a game or movie and select purchase. when the menu opens, select "change payment option". your Microsoft Account balance will show up on screen
