    Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards for March Missing


    Hello,

    I am missing 3,000 points and 5 gems from purchases.

    March 14 I purchased Star Wars: The Last Jedi for $19.99

    March 19 I purchased Blade Runner 2049 for $19.99

    March 22 I purchased Assassin's Creed for $14.99

    At this point I showed full on the $30 Movie Marathon bar (I got my points for this) and
    over halfway on the $30 Must Watch bar.

    March 27 I purchased The Mummy for $14.99 after verifying that it qualified for the Must Watch list.

    That never registered. The bar never went up (didn't even move, and it should have at least done that), and I never got my points or gems. It should have gone up by March 31.

    Can you please help? Thanks!

    therefore my pre-order/ purchase of ghost recon should at least fall in to this category ?
