Microsoft movies and tv won’t allow me to purchase or rent movies

Tried to ourchase several didferent movies to ight and my xbox one x app wont allow me to purchase or rent any movies! I have done hard reset and still doesnt work. I got the latest update and there isnt any new updates for the xbox app.

Is anyone else having these issues with the app if so and someone fixed there issue could ypu let me know how to fix this issue!

check with support but first make sure that there are not any issues with xbox status in terms of renting and purchasing etc

Yes itnis a veiwer however i used to be able to browse new movies to ourchase and whenever i saw anything ibwanted to purchase id click on it and it would show the movie or the tv show clip or trailer and guve me what options it is able to be purchased
in and then i could select what option i wanted and then click buy or rent and would automatically take me to the purchase screen wanting oayment info and it isnt doing that anymore and the issue im having..
