Discus and support Microsoft Movies and TV should be available on xbox app (Xbox one) in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Microsoft Movies and TV app should be in Xbox apps.     Unfortunately themes and gamerpics from the 360 do not work with the One.

    Not all of the same apps are available, but you can redownload apps from the Xbox store. You'll want to download the Movies and TV app and you should be able to see your movies there.

    Can you please clarify which app it is that you are attempting to use the narrator on and any troubleshooting that you've done thus far to try to get it to work within that app? If this is within the Movies & TV app, then you may wish to troubleshoot the
    issue more directly using our support article entitled Use the Movies & TV app with Narrator on Xbox One. Please be
    aware that the availability of subtitles for movies and/or television programs is determined by the producers of the film/show as well.

    Ability to download movies/TV shows removed?

    The ability to download Movies and TV Episodes is not currently available on Xbox One. It is there for the Windows 8 Video app and Xbox 360.

    Thanks for the reply, however that has nothing to do with my question. I'm trying to view these movies on an xbox 360, which is an xbox console, using microsoft movies and tv, which is available as an app on the xbox 360.
