Microsoft Movies and TV needs serious work.

The management system for the Microsoft Movies and TV app is terrible. Missing seasons/episodes, deleting movies off of their system, disabling your ability to watch what you paid for, and the most irritating, frequent and unresolved issue being their timing on adding a new movie/ episode for availably to watch. Some movies or TV episodes take hours, if not days to be added to the list to be viewed, even though they were purchased as a "Pre-order" or on a "season pass" basis. People could watch these things for free, or at least sooner, elsewhere, and for way less of a cost.

I've had this problem for years, as have many others, with no solutions given by the bots out in place to "help" people, nor from the staff whenever they're able to be contacted.

These are issues that have been on this side of Microsoft for years now and have had little to no resolve for any of them. Many people have these issues and many others stopped using your app due to this. If you are going to change a system where you buy and download a movie or TV show into a system you call a "streaming service" with a high price on every item you "stream", at least make these fixes.

   Add the episodes/ movies ON RELEASE or up to an hour after. Waiting 24+ hours to get what you paid for when you could watch it free elsewhere is ridiculous.

   Add the missing seasons/ episodes to shows that you have available. People don't buy a season/ seasons of something to be cut off in the middle of it (or at the beginning/ end in some cases)

   If you plan on removing somethings from your system, that people have already paid for to own, then why dont you bring back the download button. That way you won't have to give so many refunds to angry customers.
   

To this day, in fact right now, I am still having issues with their timing on adding a new episode to shows. The example right now, being The Walking Dead. I own the season pass. Some episodes play a few hours after they air. Some, like the current episode 12, haven't even been added going on 24 hours later. And some don't show up until the next week, or later. I have done all the "troubleshooting" solutions with no success on forcing it to show up. This is a very annoying, very frequent occurrence that spans several purchases and years. This is 100% a Microsoft issue.

Please fix this, or help me find a solution that works. After years of dealing with this issue, I have had my fill of talking with AI programs and Non-employee "Customer Service Reps". I want to speak with someone who works with this app directly, or someone in a higher position at Microsoft who can tell me more.
