    Microsoft money doesn't show on xbox one


    Hey

    I added money on my microsoft account but doesn't show on my xbox one console.

    The money shows on my xbox account on de xbox website i have 105 euro but on de console it shows i have 15.21 € what was previously on it .

    I want to buy the forza 6 ultimate edition but i can't , can any one say me what to do .

    Logged on different times on console now and been 2 days since i added the money , reconnected with internet but nothing.

    MS Store UK - Still not been charged

    If the money isn't claimed after 5 days, it'll show back on your account, doesn't stop Microsoft from taking it again though

    Game doesn't show up on Xbox One

    Originally I was looking at the store page from my Win10 PC and I wasn't seeing any errors. After posting about this yesterday I went to the game's store page on my Xbox. and managed to get it to download from there even though it wasn't showing up on the
    "ready to install" list.

    However, when I try to start the game I get a popup telling me that I need to insert the game disc or buy it from the Xbox store (0x803f8001), even though as I said earlier I bought this game years ago from the shop on my 360

    Indeed that is the problem , any chanse i can add it to my other region account .

    I have a belgium account and by accident i putted money on nl account . I only have 1 xbox account.

    Hey

    I did a live chat already , they say its not possible to transfer the credit from one region to another because of difference in currency, i am very sure that al european currency is the euro and that its the same in belgium as in the netherlands .

    I don't know in the first place how the credits come on the nl account. I added the xbox codes on the website instead of on my console and now the credits or on a nl account .

    Becasuse currency is region locked alqays has been

    If you buy a netherlands currency code you will get netherlands currency and it is not transferable

    that helps me alot , i always buy my codes online at the same shop , never had problems before with that so maybee they gave me the wrong codes.

    If it is an etailer you have to read the description although if it says all of eu dont buy it

    Currency cards are region specific

    It's funny. This poll shows that no one cares about Skype or social media on Xbox. But Microsoft keeps on pushing it on us. It shows people care a lot about playing used games, but Microsoft doesn't care.

    Now, if a company doesn't offer its consumers something they care about, do you think they'll make a lot of money?
