    Microsoft Minesweeper is unstable and crashes frequently.


    What's going with Microsoft Minesweeper? It's become hardly usable.

    It is now very unstable. Sometimes it won't even load. And frequently it freezes or crashes.

    Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    (And yes, I've already done the usual stuff, including uninstalling and reinstalling. Still doesn't help.)

    No. The same issue occurred on a brand new Surface Pro as well.

    Should have mentioned that I'm using a Asus T100 running Windows 10 with the latest updates applied.

    Same issue for me! Once update from win8 pro to win8.1 pro, minesweeper always crashes on start. Green screen with minesweeper and MS logo, and then back to desktop.
