Microsoft Minesweeper Diamond Badge Achieved; Challenges Reset.

I achieved the Diamond Badge, on Windows 8.1 Minesweeper, this morning. I backed out to the main menu, to look for my "wins at your back" achievement, and it had not unlocked. I closed out the app, and proceeded to work on Taptiles, and Sudoku. They have
similar achievements. The achievement did not unlock in Taptiles. The achievement DID unlock in Sudoku.

So on to the major issue here:

When I reopened Minesweeper, my daily challenges were reset back to the 16th. From the 1st through the 16th, all challenges are complete. The following days have not been attempted except for 1 challenge today, when I was hoping it would "fix itself." The
16th is the point that I achieved my Gold medal so I believe this is tied to the Diamond Badge Update, and have been unable to find any other posts detailing this issue.

Failure to credit coins after completing a challenge.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection '' Daily Challenge. After attaining the Diamond Badge the game does not credit me with coins after completing further challenges.

I solved 100% of the daily challenges in December 2016 and my daily diamond badge is listed under Daily Challenge Badgers.

However, the Diamonds are Forever badge is still locked. I should have that badge, no?

We'd like to take a look at your log files. Could you please navigate to the LocalState directory for the game (should be similar to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftMinesweeper_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState - replace <username> with
your Windows user profile), ZIP everything in the directory, and then email it to us? You can email to MSWin8Games at Hotmail dot com, and use the subject "Minesweeper - LocalState Zip Folder" to make it easy for us to find

Is this matter still being worked on? Why is there such a gap in communication?

Just September. I haven't been trying it for October...

 

OK, good to know. We've been discussing what we can do to allow you guys to go back and finish September, but don't have anything solid yet.

 

I had worked all the daily challenges from 1 to 14 Feb. on 14 Feb 2016, all of my daily wins were gone as well as my medals
