    Microsoft Minesweeper All Progress Is Gone!


    I've been playing this game for a long time and all of a sudden all my progress is gone! I was up to over 4 billion in collected gold, then when I log in today, 5/1/2018, I'm back at the opening level! WTF Microsoft???

    I want my January Daily Challenges Progress back

    Hello stuff!

    I enjoy minesweeper game, but I have own all gold medals except January while there's bug losing progress in January's Minesweeper.

    I want to have all gold medals which I should have if there's no bug losing my progress.

    Feb 3, 4 daily challenges crashing

    I am having the exact same problem. Windows 8.1 PC. All updates are current. No problem before February 3rd and no problem with the other games (Minesweeper or Solitaire Collection). I don't want to uninstall and lose my progress.

    Hi

    Thanks for coming back. I have tried all suggestions but am still having the issues with Minesweeper, Solitaire Collection ad Suduko all update progress so my Xbox connection should be OK. Minesweeper shows in my games on there and I have tried loading it from the X-Box console. but it still doesn't update.

    I have filled in a form for the casual games tems and awating a reply from the to see if they can resolve the issue.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    This may mean that the saved data has been overridden, this usually happens if we choose the wrong saved slot/progress.

    May I ask what device are you using so I can guide you with troubleshooting steps?
