    je trouve sa dégelasse que je ne puisse plus installer Minecraft bedrock sur mon pc en layent acheter sur mon tel et xbox je trouve pas sa normal de payer 30 balle java que de base il couter 15 balle que de l'abus depuis que se n'est plus le créateur de Minecraft maintenant sa pue la **** merci de tuer le jeux comme vous le faite !

    Sadly this not helped. I came here bcs calling support didn't work. They aren't providing me a solution, they're trying to avoid me, asking me to wait 24hs or call the bank. What a terrible customer support. I'll keep trying to solve this.

    Being that they have already given your case to a different Team of specialists. I would suggest just giving it some time and wait for a response to see what they will be able to do!

    I can understand the frustration you must be going through.

    Now if you have not been able to get this issue resolved with Customer support, Let's try something different. How is it that you are trying to complete this purchase? Are you going through a PC, Mobile Device, or your Xbox one Console? Also If through a
    Mobile device or a PC you can always attempt to purchase using a different web browser.

    Again if none of these steps are working then I would again advice that you continue to contact Xbox Support
    so that you can have them go through this with you. I understand it has not been the best experience but as the error code is stating, You simply need to get a hold of them to help you resolve this issue.
