Microsoft makes CRAP!

Unfortunately my son talked me into getting an Xbox One after Christmas this year. I really wanted him to get a PS4 (because we always had good luck with our PS3), but he insisted that the Xbox One was a good system.

Well the machine started locking up right away (during the last section of the first sign in, and I had to reboot and do it all over again).

Since then the system has frozen 4 times since we first booted it up on Dec 31st, 2015.

I looked at your "support" section and I was really disappointed, especially with how your system looks for updates with EVERYTHING you do!

Fix your crappy system!

I couldn't have been more disappointed and my 13 year old is finding out the truth about Microsoft.

Sorry to hear about the problems, it might just be a faulty unit.

Where did you buy the Xbox from? You could try and return it or exchange it if you purchased it from a store, or you could send it to Microsoft to be fixed under warranty.

Unfortunately, some do have issues but generally the system works well. There are many users that use their systems daily without any issues. We all understand that a poorly performing system can be very frustrating but that doesn't mean that a blanket
statement is everyone's experience. Give medium bloke's suggestions a try to see if it will help in your situation. Good Luck!
