    MICROSOFT MAHJONG


    For more than a week i have not be able to play microsoft mahjong it will open to the very first screeen and then i can go to any level any category and i click on it and it goes to a black screen and just kicks me
    out, this happens in both windows 8.1 and 10. WHY???

    just bought a new computer - Microsoft Solitaire working well and signed in - cannot get the Mahjong to sign in, nor can I type in the support window to chat to someone.

    Have just tried to download my Microsoft Mahjong to a new computer. Microsoft Solitaire signs in with no problems, the Mahjong does not. Any hints/tips please.

    Yes, i have several time and i have NOT been given ANY resolution at all anything, anyone tries doesn't NOT WORK!!!

    But somehow our of the blue it, seems??? I put question marks because it has done this before to it seems to work and then goes back to the state it does not work i have reset uninstalled and reinstalled.

    Now what it does is: it opens up to the first screen and then i choose easy medium hard or expert and then i go into a puzzle and the screen goes black for a little while and then the puzzle does come up.

    Black screen still occurs quite a bit but i can play the game.

    Yes, i have. It seems like it is better at the moment. I was on windows 10 when issue started i went back to 8.1 still had same issue. I reinstalled 10 and put the game back on and somehow it seems better hopefully for good but definitely at the moment
    it is good.

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..

    microsoft solitaire error 101_107_1

    This only occurs for mahjong. No other microsoft account elements are affected (office 365, solitaire, sudoku) so the issue isn't in Win 10, its in Mahjong.
