    Microsoft Mahjong problem


    I have glitched achievement on Microsoft Mahjong on Windows Phone (get 20 medals), because I've got 20th medal on Windows 8 version of game (on Windows 10, but that doesn't make difference here) and it got glitched (glitch is known for year and there's still
    no fix and I think there won't be any) and now I can't login on my phone and in result I can't get any achievements. Please do something with it!

    Either unlock remaining achievements manually on your side or clear game's cloud data, so I could start from scratch, whatever. Why all of your games must be glitched?

    Same problem here in Arizona. No problem signing into Microsoft Solitaire or Microsoft Mahjong; only the Ultimate Word Game.

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..
