    Microsoft Mahjong Premium Error 0x803F8001


    I purchased the premium version of Microsoft Mahjong a few months ago and have been loving it ever since. However, I tried to go into the app this morning and receive the error 0x803F8001. I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall the game but kept receiving
    the same error code. I am running Windows 10 Pro Insider Edition build 16232 on an HP Envy TS 17. I have tried the appdiagnostics program and it reset the Store but this still did not fix my issue. What can I do to fix this as I have paid for the Premium
    version and cannot play it.

    Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    I played Microsoft Jigsaw in the past 24 hours without issues. I tried tonight and it wouldn't open so I reinstalled. Now I get a message that says, "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw is currently not available in your account. Here's the error code
    in case you need it. 0x803F8001." It does show in my account so what's up? Now I am getting the same error code on Microsoft Mahjong. It keeps saying "Check your account. Microsoft Jigsaw/Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available to you. Go to the
    store." I have paid for the premium and can't access the games. it has been 3 days since I could do the Microsoft Jigsaw and now a day for Microsoft Mahjong. Please help with this issue.

    Hi, aYes as far as I know they're working on a solution now. I would also check your purchase history to make sure your account owns it and it's not linked to another member of the household.
