Microsoft Mahjong not working

Discus and support Microsoft Mahjong not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have an error message 100_107_1.     Microsoft Mahjong not working


    I have an error message 100_107_1. I have followed all the instructions listed on Facebook to restore my games, but they're not working. It seems that this started with the latest Windows 10 update on Oct 31/16. Any idea if there will every be a fix?

    Microsoft Mahjong not working

    October 2017. I can start the xbox live Microsoft Mahjong game, but my system immediately starts to run the fan like something is overrunning. Then a matched pair will get stuck and then the game crashes. it's frustrating to be 3/4 through a challenge game
    only to have it freeze, then crash. This has been happening for about 3 weeks. Is anyone going to find out what wrong and issue an update to fix this?This does not happen in xbox Microsoft Solitaire which also has it's own daily challenge.. I'm running on
    Win 7.1 and have been playing the game with lttle problems since the end of 2012. I'm running on Win8.1 and completely up to date with Microsoft.

    Good morning,

    I am having problems playing Microsoft Mahjong, it gets as far as loading the tiles on to the screen, then just shuts down and disappears, no problem with any other games, just Mahjong, been doing this for about a week, any thoughts?, tried reinstalling,
    same thing happens.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    Microsoft Solitaire & Casual Games don't work since few days on PC ( and I'd payed for it!)

    Go to the Store and install another Microsoft game. Like Mahjong or Jigsaw.

    Start that game and when you are logged in to Xbox Live, start Solitaire while leaving the Mahjong or Jigsaw game open.

    Worked for me.

    Same with me. Working fine in april; errors from 1-may. Nothing wrong with Mahjong.

    Why doesn't Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games open any more

    That worked for me too. Installed and opened Microsoft Mahjong then did just as you said and there it all was with my records intact. Thank you. But no thanks to Microsoft
