Discus and support Microsoft Mahjong is suddenly not opening. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Have been enjoying Microsoft Mahjong but today I can't get it to open.     Microsoft Mahjong is suddenly not opening.


    Have been enjoying Microsoft Mahjong but today I can't get it to open. I get the home page and nothing more.

    Any suggestions?

    microsoft mahjong updated Oct`16 freezes

    Microsoft Mahjong that was updated Oct`16 freezes upon opening. Have tried reinstalling it from store several times to no avail. Can you help with this problem.

    Won't open

    None of the Microsoft games will open. Jigsaw, mahjong, solitare and bingo. I've played all of them, finished daily's for November. Only played once or twice in December before everything stopped opening up.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..
