Microsoft Mahjong is not available for me

Discus and support Microsoft Mahjong is not available for me in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft Solitaire opens just fine for me, but tonight the Mahjong program told me, "Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available in your account....     Microsoft Mahjong is not available for me


    Microsoft Solitaire opens just fine for me, but tonight the Mahjong program told me, "Microsoft Mahjong is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001."

    While I am on this screen--SIGNED INTO THE STORE--I tried again to open it and got the same message.

    Windows 10. It seems you now have to pay for a license with XBOX
