Discus and support Microsoft Mahjong ERROR in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Been playing this game for almost 3 yrs. now & never had a problem until this morning.     Been playing this game for almost 3 yrs. now & never had a problem until this morning. Tried all the steps with no results, whats going on.

    Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

    Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

    I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..

    Problem seems restricted to MUWG. Other games such as Microsoft Mahjong seem OK.
