Microsoft Mahjong error 0x803F8001

Hi,

I have been playing this game for a couple of years, but today 01.12.2018 l am unable to play the game I get the error code 0x803F8001.

I managed to uninstall the game but when I attempt to reinstall the game I am getting the same error code 0x803F8001.

I have rebooted my Surface Pro 2017 a couple of times and this has made no difference.

Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

Is anyone having trouble playing Mahjong? I keep getting error code 0x803F8001

 

Same issue on Xbox. I think its general licence issue.

The problem is at microsoft end and they are trying to fix this issue as soon as possible only thing you can do is wait

 

Hi, Yes as far as I know they're working on a solution now. I would also check your purchase history to make sure your account owns it and it's not linked to another member of the household.
