Microsoft Mahjong doesn't work nor can I download it anew from your store!

I downloaded the launcher from the Minecraft website originally, but it would say "there was trouble connecting to your Microsoft account" and then redirect me to the store

I am unable to download any games from the Microsoft store. I tried getting both Dominoes and Mahjong to test, and they give me the same error

I tried that out but I think that the problem is about microsoft store. I can't install anything on it and the only way to get applications for me is to download them from the internet and just hope that it doesn't need connection to the microsoft store. This is why i can't install the minecraft launcher- It tries to connect to the microsoft store but then it gets an error and it sends me the store so I can download the launcher from there, which just like I said doesn't work. I followed your steps and the only problem I got was in the last step, which requires me to download an application from the store.

For everyone's information, mine just stated working properly again with the latest Mahjong update from the Microsoft Store. Good luck!

Yes, thank you, my subscription is still active. On the first computer, the desktop, i can download new games, but any game that i had downloaded does not work, nor will they redownload. i have tried, updating both Microsoft store and xbox game pass an the games not working, logging in and out, restarting the apps and the pc, resetting microsoft store, repairing and resetting all the apps, reinstalling microsoft store, changing default download location. There was an update last week that included some more achievements, among other things. If you go to the

Microsoft Mahjong page in the Windows Store, are you able to redownload the game there? This might work better than if you are going to your purchase history in the Store. Let us know if that works out for you!
