Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend checking for any system updates for Windows 8.1. It is possible that your computer is missing an update, and that is affect your game. We recommend making sure that your firewall/anti-virus isn't blocking
the application. Unfortunately, this step varies by whatever anti-virus or firewall you use. you will need to open your settings and make sure that it is not blocking any apps. If your anti-virus/firewall has an app "whitelist", you will need to make sure

Le même problème persiste

Merci de vous pencher sur ce problème

1 - La recherche sur Windows Updates m'indique qu'aucune MAJ n'est disponible et que le système est jour

2 - Le système est bien protégé par le Pare-feu Windows (actif) et le jeu (Microsoft Mahjong) a toutes les autorisations (ainsi que les jeux compatibles Xbox)

3 - L'Anti-virus ne contient aucun item dans la liste des exclusions ou dans celle des contenus bloqués

Cela semble assez conélien résoudre

Je vous rappelle que le jeu Microsoft Mahjong fonctionne très bien malgré cette fenêtre intempestive d'information

Si vous voyez autre chose faire je suis prêt suivre vos recommandations
