    Microsoft Mahjong always opens to same board


    I use Microsoft Mahjong on two different computers using the same username tied to the same Microsoft account and xbox login. Whenever I start mahjong (for example, on the standard Turtle), it will
    always start with the same exact board as the last time. The only way to get around it is to New Game, which counts as a loss.

    I've tried uninstalling and blowing away the directories in C:\users\{username\appdata\packages in every combination between the two machines. No luck. This is the Turtle game in question. It is easily identified by center circle-two and the two birds in
    the center of the top row.

    This even occurs when I am playing on one computer, close Mahjong, and reopen it immediately on the same computer.

    Is there any way to reset the XBOX live account stats? They are meaningless now because of all the repeated same games and New Games. That would be acceptable.

    Yes, I'm still having the same problem. Microsoft mahjong has always been my favorite of the games.

    Feature Request: Roam board unlock status!

    The board unlock stauts shares with all devices (Windows 8, Windows RT, Windows Phone) as long as you use the same Xbox LIVE account :) For example, all my boards were immediately unlocked on the first run of Microsoft Mahjong on my Windows Phone because
    I unlocked all of them long ago on my computer.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.

    what is error code 404019

    There is an App for Microsoft Mahjong on my laptop, running Windows 8. Every time I open the app is get this message:

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Mahjong. Please check the Microsoft Mahjong FAQ at and refer to error code 404019.
    The game still seems to be playing fine..
