    i bought a gaming laptop found out i can play my forza horizon 4 game on here since i own it on xbox, it started as a new game figured whatever its for pc then my xbox did an auto sync and lost my original file.

    ive had this game since it started with collection of rare cars and lots of credits so any help be much appreciated

    Forza Horizon 4: Keep getting invalid profile

    I just got a message back from Forza support.

    My game file was corrupted. I've lost everything: credits, cars, progress. I feel this type of thing deserves fair compensation. Of no fault of my own, I'm screwed!

    I'm hoping they'll compensate me some how.

    We should all file a complaint maybe to the Better Business Bureau regarding Forza and Turn10. Or BETTER yet make a you tube video about our disgust with Forza and Turn 10. Just like that guy who got his guitar lost or broken by some airline a while back!

    I just fixed this on my system by renaming my C:\Users\(Name)\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\DiskCache.bin file to DiskCache.old. The file is recreated when launching the game. State is stored in a
    separate file, so is not lost. It looks like the file was corrupted when I lost my WiFi connection.
