    Today is 9/10/20, I sent in my xbox at the end of December to get fixed under warranty. I received an email on the 3rd of January stating that Microsoft had recieved the device, and that they would email me with updates. I went a few months without question
    bc I had heard from reviews that it takes months for xbox to fix your device and return it, and then Covid-19 smacked everywhere so I figured things would be delayed further. More time went by because Ive been recovering from a motorcycle accident back in
    June. I contacted Microsoft in August to ask what was the hold-up, and they tried to tell me my package was delivered to my apartment on January 9th... I never received an email to say, "Hey, we've fixed your product," or "heres the return tracking number
    for your product." They even looked and saw that I never received any statement to my email or phone whatsoever. They said I had to take the issue up with Fedex first, but they told me the sender, Microsoft, did not require a signature for an expensive gaming
    console??? So because of that, they were unable to have proof of delivery. After struggling to get ahold of someone in the xbox dept, they told me that my xbox had been black, off the grid completely since then, and that I needed to call the next day when
    they would have an answer on what to do about the situation. When I called back the next day, I was told that the device had been used recently, and that nothing was going to be done about my lost device. My xbox was stolen from me because of lack of professional
    business and common sense on Microsofts hands. Theres many negative things that I did not include, but I am very displeased with the companys service.

    troubleshooting article: Recover
    and reset your lost Microsoft account password
    .

    If the issue persists, try logging into the Microsoft account on another device.

    At your Microsoft Account site (account.microsoft.com),if you click on Devices at the top and then scroll down, there is a section titled "Microsoft Store device management". If you click "Manage>" that will take you to a
    page where you can decide which devices you'd like to "Unlink" from the store. There is a 10 device limit as to where you can install them, so you can remove your old devices from there.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, As stated by the previous Ambassador's, it will give you the option to install the game but since it's the console version it will only allow you to install it on a console. If you would
    like to install it on your Mac/PC you will need to get that specific version. As for the specific version that you'll need, it will be from the EA/Origins Marketplace as one Ambassador pointed out.
