Discus and support Microsoft lost another customer in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; First of all, It should NOT take 5-15 minutes to log in to play a damned offline game.     Microsoft lost another customer


    First of all, It should NOT take 5-15 minutes to log in to play a damned offline game. This gets more infuriating every damn time. Second, I'm sure the RROD was intentionly programmed into the original 360. Now, I am unable to play downloaded games?

    Whenever I can, I tell everyone how *** and greedy microsoft has become. I will not purchase the Xbox one. It really sucks, because I had such high hopes and expectations for microsofts console.

    I was a big customer for the original xbox. I even bought two xbox 360s ( My first 360 died and electrocuted me D: ). I was really looking forward to seeing the new xbox reveal, but once I heard about Microsoft's coming back on their old money hungry ways
    (especially with xbox one's great deal of onlineness and forcing people to pay for costly broadband and throwing in money for buying a used game?! huh?) I've decided I'm leaving xbox.

    Dear Xbox, I never knew our love would one day end. I'm very sad that it has to end this way, but... I've found a new love. Her name is PS4.

    Same here! I taught the DLC was a huge money hungry ripoff but leave it to Microsoft to find a even dirtier way to force people to basically subscribed to the games they bought but don't own.

    If you stopped your childish tantrum and explained your problem ,someone here could possibly help you.

    No one from microsoft visits here so your rants will fall on deaf ears anyway.

    Goodbye randomly generated gamertag zero gamerscore customer. By the way a license transfer sounds like the solution to your problem, that is if you actually have an account.



    If your console was recently repaired or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the license transfer option on your console to transfer content licenses. Here’s how:

    1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.
    2. Go to Settings and select Account.
    3. Under Your Billing Options, select License Transfer.
    4. Follow the instructions to transfer the content licenses.
    5. After the licenses are transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licenses. For information about how to do this, see

      Download content you’ve previously purchased
      .
    After you follow these steps, content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox Live.

    Pot shot: Try deleting and re-downloading your Profile. But be careful to choose, Delete Profile Only, not Delete Profile and Items, as you'll lose all your saves and avatar items and whatnot. If your profile file is large it can slow things down a bit.

    Also clear your system cache.

    Dashboard > System > Storage

    Then choose the storage device and press Y [Device Options] then choose Clear System Cache.

    S'worth a shot.

    As Cthulhu mentioned, it sounds like you need to do a license transfer. Also, as Owen alluded to, please calm down when you post, and explain your issue(s). I'm sure someone here could give you some help/advice.
