    So Microsoft service center in Czech Republic receive my controller on 14th March 2014. They sent out new controller at the same time apparently and now conveniently after another 12 days they cannot find record of it. They tried to fob me off with a
    tracking number for DHL. I rang DHL who told me that it was an invalid tracking number, contacted support who esculated it to the advocacy team and fours days later they have still failed to contact me despite saying it would be within 24 hours. So not only
    did they ruin my Day One Edition console by scratching it to bits and sending it back still unworking (of which they refused to replace the console) they have now lost my Day One Controller (assuming they actually sent one) which after previous lies by them
    i am starting to doubt.

    I am so fed up of Microsoft, sent in two official complaint letters and no response from them either. Will be contact BBC Watchdog program next to see if they can do anything. Fed up of being treated so bad.

    They lost mine aswell. Microsoft failed to create a service request for my controller so when I sent it off 2 months back, I heard nothing back. Now because it wasn't linked to a job and could not do anything with it, mines disappeared. And even though it
    is their fault its missing "theres nothing they can do" How are they even getting away with this?

    I can write whatever I like it is a public forum. If Microsoft has sorted my problem out within the time they first specified I would not be on here venting my frustration. Have you have two failed Xbox One consoles in a row ?. Have you been denied a replacement
    unit ? They damaged my console during the repair at the repair center and only offered another repair not replacement. I mentioned Sony because their customer service is far superior to Microsoft's. Sony replace broken consoles at your door step free of charge,
    sony replace controllers free of charge (no shipping to a different country). At least Sony have admitted faults, Microsoft just bury their heads in the sand and we foot the bill. I am owed a new console and controller and that is what i better get.

  5. They are beyond pathetic, don't ever hear back from their so called advocacy team. They destroy my console and now lose the controller. It is beyond a joke. They owe me a new console and controller will i get either, probably not.

    It's beyond a joke how bad they are, they have had another week and still no reply. I contact customer support who still ask me to wait another few days. Why should i wait. First they ruin my console at the service center and only offer to repair it againand
    now they lose my controller.

  9. Still no replacement controller from Microsoft, no word from the so called advocacy team either. looks like legal action may have to be taken as they not only refuse me a new console, they lose the controller to.

  10. Trying to get anything sorted by xbox support is a joke. Ive been waiting almost 5 weeks for a paid replacement to my white limited edition controller. I only ponyed up for the paid cause it stated "Immediate Shipping"

    They even had a price drop on the controllers and then tell me i cant have mine now as their out of stock?!
