    So Microsoft service center in the Czech Republic receive my controller on 14th March 2014. They sent out new controller at the same time apparently and now conveniently after another 12 days they cannot find record of it. They tried to fob me off with
    a tracking number for DHL. I rang DHL who told me that it was an invalid tracking number, contacted support who esculated it to the advocacy team and fours days later they have still failed to contact me despite saying it would be within 24 hours. So not only
    did they ruin my Day One Edition console by scratching it to bits and sending it back still unworking (of which they refused to replace the console) they have now lost my Day One Controller (assuming they actually sent one) which after previous lies by them
    i am starting to doubt. I paid my own postage for the controller to be sent to the Czech Republic as well.

    I am so fed up of Microsoft, sent in four official complaint letters and no response from those either. Have since received one response from the so called Advocacy team, who have advised me that because of low stock i now have to wait for a new controller.
    So to clarify, their service center ruined my Xbox One console that they were meant to be repairing (scratched and still had faulty optical drive) and now I have waited nearly two months for a replacement controller and still nothing. Sick of the excuses,
    they are a multi billion dollar company, why they cant give me a Brand New console and controller is beyond me, no wonder they are 3 million sales behind the Playstation 4. Poor customer service indeed.

    Got off the phone to them, they have admitted they lost the controller and i have to wait another 18 business days for a reply from the so called advocacy team. Beyond a joke now. We should all take out a lawsuit on them then they might listen

  5. I can write whatever I like it is a public forum. If Microsoft has sorted my problem out within the time they first specified I would not be on here venting my frustration. Have you have two failed Xbox One consoles in a row ?. Have you been denied a replacement
    unit ? They damaged my console during the repair at the repair center and only offered another repair not replacement. I mentioned Sony because their customer service is far superior to Microsoft's. Sony replace broken consoles at your door step free of charge,
    sony replace controllers free of charge (no shipping to a different country). At least Sony have admitted faults, Microsoft just bury their heads in the sand and we foot the bill. I am owed a new console and controller and that is what i better get.

    They lost mine aswell. Microsoft failed to create a service request for my controller so when I sent it off 2 months back, I heard nothing back. Now because it wasn't linked to a job and could not do anything with it, mines disappeared. And even though it
    is their fault its missing "theres nothing they can do" How are they even getting away with this?

    I've just posted a thread about problems I've been having with 2 faulty controllers. I'm refusing to pay postage to send them back to the Czech Republic, it's an absolute joke.

    There is precedent here regarding the Sales of Goods Act, but I imagine this would have to go through the retailer (if not bought direct from MS).

    Having the actual console faulty is even worse and I would seek advice on getting a full refund. Consumers have rights and MS will be hoping that most people will not know them, or not be willing to pursue a claim.

    I've just posted a thread about problems I've been having with 2 faulty controllers. I'm refusing to pay postage to send them back to the Czech Republic, it's an absolute joke.
