I saw in my family account that my sons Alfreds email suddenly has another strange email, it has been hacked.

So now when he tries to create a new pin we cant change account and login to ours. Can you somehow solve this?

We cant change from the strange email we dont recognize. He cant login into his computer anymore.

when i got into my computer it said my pin is gone. that i have to make a new pin code when i pressed next to be able to make my pin then i have to log in to my microsoft account but then it was someone else's email from a completely different country the email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** it's not my email and it's not possible to get into my computer in any other way i have to log in with microsoft but it's someone else's email that has been replaced with my email i would like to change it back to my email that i can get into my computer.
