Microsoft Login Loop 2

Update: My friend can log in but i cant only on this account

try to access Windows in Safe Mode with Networking.

On the login screen, press the Shift key while selecting Image On/Off > Reset.

Hold down Shift until the following screen appears:

On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.

After the computer restarts, you will see a list of options. Select 5 or F5 to enter Safe Mode with Networking.

Check if you can access the system in Safe Mode, if so, I recommend that you perform the following procedures:

On the Desktop press the Windows + R keys simultaneously to open Run;

In Run type netplwiz and click OK;

In the Users tab, select your user and click on Properties;

On the Group Membership tab, check the Administrator option, click Apply and OK;

Restart the computer to validate the new configuration.

it doesnt work, admin was already enabled and i forgot to mention that the login loop only happens to that account and not other accounts so if i could change the email i would thanks

Update i made another new user and now it works thanks for ur help
