Microsoft login issue

I just recently have been having issues with my xbox, I didn't have access to my old microsoft account so I had to create a new one and I am trying to swap them out. I deleted my old account off my xbox, but my xbox will not let me add a new microsoft account. A loading screen comes up and disappears. I've done two complete resets, one where I kept my games and another where I didn't and it still will not let me login. What should I do?

If your still having this problem, then I will escalate this to Microsoft to see if the issue has been resolved, or to see when they hope to get this issue resolved.

Okay I am still having problems and it still will not work, I've chatted to a couple of support members, nothing has resolved the issue.

- Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select Advanced Settings.

- Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

- Select Clear.

- Allow the console to restart when prompted.

If that doesn't work, then try connecting your console to a different network and see if that helps
