microsoft login fail

it keeps saying failed to login please fix this microsoft

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

Hi Jonathan my son is on his PS5 trying to access his minecraft account.

A PS4 will not connect to microsoft as ps4 is owner by sony try connecting to microsoft with a PC or an xbox console!

That's not a glitch, usually when that message appears is because you're not connecting the right account / you connected a different Microsoft account.

When this message appears the only solution is find / recover the associated account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

In this case you may need to use a different PSN account and link it to a new Microsoft account

Or you can recovering the account filling the account recovery form, in that way you're going to submit a ticket with Microsoft account recovery team https://account.live.com/acsr

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.
