Microsoft Login-Code Doesn't Work?

With my account's verification security I have a requirement to send a code to my email to login, this part works however when I input the actual code it repeats "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again." despite having copy and pasted it 1:1. This same issue happens with any code I use and doesn't work even if I reset/repair apps or clear their cache. I tried removing the verification option and microsoft kept asking for the code for some reason despite it no longer being an option, leading to me essentially being softlocked out of my account. I managed to re-add it, however the same issue as before prevailed. This issue most specifically happens with microsoft store or xbox live.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues logging in to your Microsoft account due to your login code not being accepted. It could be due to a number of reasons such as incorrect code entry or expired code.

If you are logging in through a browser, please try to use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge and use InPrivate / Incognito mode when logging in.

Please make sure that you’re entering the verification code correctly and that it hasn’t expired. Ensure as well that you have entered the latest code sent and not the older once to avoid entering the expired code.

If you have set more than 2 verification method, you can try to use other verification option like email, phone, authenticator, or maybe security key if you have set up one.

In addition, please try to use a different device an internet connection such as your smartphone while being connected to mobile data and while Wi-Fi is turned off.

Currently unable to login. Receiving subject error code. Error code FAQ site says contact you for this error

I AM HAVING THE VERY SAME PROBLEM LOGGING INTO MICROSOFT CASUAL GAMES. I GET AN ERROR CODE 102. THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE ANYONE AT EITHER X-BOX OR MICROSOFT CASUAL GAMES WORKING TODAY WHO IS MONITORING THIS PROBLEM.

I did try this a week ago and it didn't work for me.

I just gave it another try and it still doesn't work.

Authentication from within games still fails, for example in Grounded: Xbox Live popup appears, I click on my account and the login fails with the above error code.

Login in every other Microsoft service works without a problem: Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and even this damn Xbox app.

I don't work for Microsoft, so I don't have access to any user account.

But you can try to login to Microsoft and see if your email is recognized or not. If it doesn't exist, Microsoft will show you.

If you have migrated your account to Microsoft account, please don't use your old Mojang account login details. You will need to click the "Go back" button in the login screen then click "Add account" and then choose "Microsoft login."

if that doesn't work, please try using the other version of the launcher which you can download from this link, https://aka.ms/minecraftClientWindows.
