Microsoft Log in on Xbox

Are you trying to sign in on Xbox (console) or on the Xbox app, on the computer?

If it is on the computer, please follow the steps below to remove the PIN:

- Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Input options.

- Scroll down to the option "Require Windows Hello Sign In for Microsoft Accounts" and set it to disabled.

- On the Windows Hello PIN (above), click on remove. This will remove any PIN saved on Windows Hello for the account.

- If it asks for a password, confirm your Microsoft account password.

- Restart your computer.

Logged into windows, email, etc with account A

Logged into xbox app. with account B.

Microsft Solitaire logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Mahjong logs in with account B (correct).

Microsoft Minesweeper logs in with account A (incorrect).

Microsoft Sudoku logs in with account A (incorrect).

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forum.

Are you playing on a Nintendo Switch? That is a known bug that is affecting the Switch platform that Mojang is aware of and closely working with the Xbox team for a fix. There isn't an estimated time on when this will be fixed, but

I also recommend contacting Xbox customer support:

1. Contact us here
2. Select Xbox One
3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call
