Microsoft linking wont work how do i fix it?

I play on my playstation 5 and just bought playstation plus so i can play with friends. I made a brand new microsoft account wich has not been used for anything yet and tried connecting it with my account but while connecting it says that its already linked to another account??. Ive tried other microsoft accounts too, deleted and reinstalled and checked if i had all the latested updates. ive tried everything in my power to get this to work but it didnt i really want help with this because i actually payed to play with my friends and now i cant.

yes. wich is strange because i just made a new microsoft account so it wouldnt be possible.

Does the message indicate that your PSN account is linked to a Microsoft account?

Lots of people are having the same problem (me included) but there is a possible fix for it:

How do I do these? I know you say it wont work but it is still worth a try. Also, how much is it to get it repaired by microsoft or do I have to buy a new xbox?
