    Microsoft labs is broken

    Seems like every other day Microsoft if having an issue of some sort. This is seriously sad for a company of its size. Im looking to waste money on a custom controller they offer and unfortunately they're website lacks the ability to even let you look at your cart. Sad and extremely pitiful, I'll be putting my hard earned money else where since Microsoft lacks the ability to even comprehend it.

    Why is Design Labs engrave feature text box broken since 2017?

    Well another week has gone by and the Microsoft Store Design Lab Xbox Controller “Engrave” feature is STILL BROKEN!

    Isn’t there anyone from Microsoft Website support that can Acknowledge this issue and fix it?

    I’m not the only person having this issue and it is preventing us from completing our Design Labs purchase!

    There is no link on any of these pages to report website issues so i am trying this way to report the issue. So far i have not received

    any messages or emails from website support (if they have any), that acknowledges the problem and states that they are working on it??

    Come on Microsoft Website Support, wake up!

    Fun Lab Trouble?

    Kinect Fun Labs seems to be broken. I have added Kinect Avatar and even Kinect Sparkler. It seems to get to the blue cloud load screen after the car comercial, then it freezes the entire system. I have not been able to fix the problem by deleting the
    kinect fun lab and re-downloading. Is there a fix/patch expected?

    Cannot login to Xbox Design Lab

    Hi,

    This site is so broken, I just created a new Microsoft Account with my first name and last name included in the profile and got the following error when trying to sign in to the design lab:

    You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

    So disappointing.
