    The only difference between a Design Lab controller and the other Xbox One controllers offered by Microsoft is that the user can customize the Design Lab controller's colors as well as get some text imprinted on it. They use the same batteries, USB cables,

    Hello JoC,

    Is your question regarding the warranty amount after the purchase of the
    design labs controller    ?

    If so, the warranty amount is 120 days to which you have this time of making sure the controller functions, or if any issues arise the controller may be replaced.

    Only controllers that is not standard controllers that Microsoft sells is the Design Lab controllers. That is just different colour/color to your personal preferences.

    At this moment in time Greece is not one of the markets that Microsoft deliver the Xbox design labs controller to.

    Worst Customer Service Experience Ever - Anyone else had it this bad?

    Sorry to hear about this. But don't get aggravated about it; everyone makes mistakes! Especially when Microsoft is a big company, and they are pretty busy.

    I actually recently ordered 2 things from the Microsoft Store. A controller clip for my phone and a Design Lab controller. Both got here just fine! The controller took a bit longer since it is a Design Lab controller, but otherwise, no issues!
